This policy outlines the financial terms and conditions for booking and cancelling your reservation at Moonfire Cabin in Helen, Georgia, or Frogmore Cabin in Galena, Illinois, ensuring a clear and fair process for your getaway.
Securing Your Stay
Damage Protection: Purchase a $79 Damage Policy which covers you for up to $3,000 worth of accidental damage during your stay.
Security Deposit: Submit a $200 security deposit. This deposit is fully refunded within 14 days after check-out.
Government ID: Provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID for verification.
Agreement & Rules: Sign a rental agreement and agree to the specific house rules for the cabin.

Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Check-in: Guests who cancel their reservation 30 full days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all payments made, EXCEPT for a mandatory 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the transaction costs charged by the payment processor upon booking.
Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Prior to Check-in: Reservations cancelled less than 30 full days before the scheduled check-in date will forfeit 100% of the total reservation cost. No refunds will be issued within this timeframe.
Early Departure or Late Arrival: No refunds will be issued for early departures or late arrivals.
